Greek salad recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (green or red), chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, chopped bell pepper, and Kalamata olives.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.
